Travis Edelen Returns as Louisville Studio Manager

CARMAN welcomes Travis Edelen back to the team. Travis, an experienced Landscape Architect with over 15 years of professional practice, is rejoining CARMAN after previously working here from 2013 to 2021. His return brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the company's culture.

During Travis's career, he has been involved in various project types, including streetscapes, parks, schools, healthcare facilities, civic projects, mixed-use developments, and multifamily projects. His expertise in project management and design has consistently led to successful outcomes and streamlined permitting approvals at the state and local levels.

Travis earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky in 2008 and is a registered Professional Landscape Architect in both Kentucky and Virginia. As a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Kentucky Chapter, since 2010, Travis stays engaged in the industry and keeps up with the latest trends.

Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time with his family, attending his children's sports events, and exploring local parks like Cherokee Park. He's also a fan of University of Kentucky sports and enjoys golfing and kayaking with his wife.

Travis Edelen's return to CARMAN is driven by his passion for contributing to projects in his Louisville community, where he has deep roots. In his new role as Landscape Architect and Studio Manager, Travis will oversee CARMAN's Louisville office, playing a pivotal role in the firm’s continued growth and success.
